Summary

BenchVoice is designed as a local-first basketball app. Team, player, game, practice, shooting, and development data stays on your device unless you choose to sync with iCloud, export a file, or publish a shared team link.

Information You Put Into the App

BenchVoice stores the basketball data you create: teams, players, games, lineups, events, shots, practices, goals, notes, shooting work, exports, and shared team records. This information is used to make the app work for you.

What the App Does Not Do

  • BenchVoice does not use ad networks.
  • BenchVoice does not use third-party tracking SDKs.
  • BenchVoice does not sell team, player, or usage data.
  • BenchVoice does not collect payment details; Apple handles purchases.
  • BenchVoice does not access location for advertising.

iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud sync, your BenchVoice data syncs through your Apple iCloud account. Apple controls iCloud security and account access. BenchVoice does not sell or broker your iCloud data.

Shared Team Links

If you publish a shared team link, people with that link can view the coach-published team data that link exposes. Shared Team Access is intended to be read-only for players, parents, assistants, and family viewers.

Export and Restore

You can export data from BenchVoice. Once you export or send a file, you control where that file goes and who can access it.

Website Analytics

The BenchVoice marketing website uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand page views and site performance. Vercel Web Analytics is intended for aggregate website measurement and does not apply to the BenchVoice app itself.

Support Email

If you email support, we receive the information you include in the message, such as your email address, device details, build number, screenshots, or troubleshooting notes.

Children

BenchVoice is a basketball coaching and team-management app. A coach, parent, guardian, trainer, or team operator should manage any information entered for minors.
