BenchVoice connects team game tracking, MyPlayer development, Shooting, shared updates, Community comparison, reports, and exports into one basketball progress loop.
BenchVoice is built for coaches and stat keepers who run the team record, players who want a focused development lane, parents who need shared updates, and trainers who track individual work.
Choose the lane that matches the job: Team Game for live tracking, MyPlayer for development, Shooting for reps, Community for comparison, or Shared Team Access for the team update.
Yes. The in-app Guide gives direct answers for setup, live capture, MyPlayer, Community, sharing, import/export, metrics, and product-lane questions without turning every screen into a tutorial.
BenchVoice is currently distributed through TestFlight while the paid App Store launch is prepared and verified.
BenchVoice Pro is planned for the full workspace: team games, MyPlayer, Shooting, Community, shared updates, reports, and exports.
The planned launch model keeps Shared Team Access free for read-only viewers. Players, parents, assistants, and family viewers can use coach-shared team links without paying for coach tools.
The current site lists planned launch packaging: a lifetime-first BenchVoice Pro offer, with small monthly and yearly alternatives. Final purchase behavior still depends on App Store Connect and sandbox verification before public paid launch.
Yes. Live Game supports the game record: score, fouls, lineups, substitutions, shot locations, timeouts, event history, and corrections.
Yes. MyPlayer gives athletes a focused place for goals, practice logs, shooting, focused activity, progress, awards, and Community scoreboards.
BenchVoice Shooting logs focused shooting sessions, zone work, scorecards, progression, awards, and weekly activity signals.
No. BenchVoice focuses on basketball tracking, player development, game evidence, and practical next steps from the data you enter.
Include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, BenchVoice build number from TestFlight, the lane you were using, reproduction steps, screenshots if useful, and whether iCloud sync, shared links, export, or restore was involved.
Ask the coach or team operator to confirm the official update was republished. Shared viewers see coach-controlled data, so publishing status matters.
Confirm the device is signed into iCloud, iCloud Drive is enabled, connectivity is available, and then use the in-app Sync Diagnostics or contact support with the build number and steps.
Use the in-app Guide for contextual help, read the Guide page for the main workflow, or email support@benchvoice-basketball.com.
