Common Questions

How do I join the beta?

BenchVoice is available through TestFlight. You'll need an iOS device running iOS 17.0 or later. Beta access is currently by invitation.

What devices are supported?

BenchVoice requires iOS 17.0 or later. The app is optimized for both iPhone and iPad, with adaptive layouts that take advantage of larger screens.

Is my data secure?

Yes. When iCloud is enabled, BenchVoice uses iCloud to securely sync your data across your devices. Data stored in your personal iCloud account is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We do not have access to your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I export my data?

Yes. BenchVoice includes export features that allow you to export game data, player statistics, and team analytics to PDF or CSV formats.

How do I share data with my coaching staff?

BenchVoice supports iCloud sharing, allowing you to share teams and data with other coaches. This enables collaborative coaching and ensures everyone has access to the latest statistics.

I'm experiencing a bug. What should I do?

What happens to my data if I stop using the app?

Your data remains in your iCloud account. You can export it at any time using the app's export features. If you delete the app, your iCloud data will remain unless you specifically delete it from iCloud.

Beta Troubleshooting

If you're experiencing issues with the beta version:

  • Ensure you're running the latest beta version from TestFlight
  • Check that your device meets the minimum requirements (iOS 17.0+)
  • Verify iCloud is enabled and working on your device
  • Try force-quitting and restarting the app
